My name is Tony Brito, and I founded BRG Laser Solutions in September 2024 with one mission:
to deliver clean, precise, dependable stainless-steel and aluminum laser welding for manufacturers, fabricators, and service companies across Eastern Iowa.
From the beginning, my work has been guided by three principles:
discipline, consistency, and attention to detail.
Those principles shaped my entire career long before I operated a laser welder.
Before launching BRG Laser Solutions, I spent more than a decade in the automotive and mechanical repair industry, working on equipment that demanded accuracy, reliability, and fast problem-solving. Handling everything from structural components to precision brackets taught me how metals behave under heat, stress, vibration, and fatigue — experience that translates directly into the work I do today.
During those years, I learned something important:
Most shops can weld steel, but very few can deliver repeatable, low-distortion results on thin stainless or aluminum.
When I discovered laser welding, everything aligned.
I invested in advanced equipment, trained daily, and focused on mastering the type of metalwork that engineers, maintenance teams, and OEMs struggle to find:
thin-gauge stainless and aluminum assemblies
tight cosmetic welds for food-grade and industrial components
precision bracket fabrication and CNC cutting
fine laser engraving and part identification
My goal isn’t to replace in-house capabilities.
I support local companies with overflow work, prototypes, small-batch welding, and the tight-tolerance jobs that require patience, repeatability, and clean results.
Every weld, bracket, and engraved part that leaves my shop is completed by me, personally.
